In accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 40A, Sect. 15, a Public Hearing will be held on June 20, 2024 in Mendon Town Hall (20 Main St, Mendon, MA 01756) at 6:00pm for an Appeal of the Building Commissioner’s Decision regarding 11 Colonial Drive. The petitioner is appealing the denial of a building permit for an in-law unit.

In accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 40A, Sect. 10, a Public Hearing will be held on June 20, 2024 in Mendon Town Hall (20 Main St, Mendon, MA 01756) at 6:00pm for a variance regarding 10 Applewood Ln. The petitioner is seeking relief for a portion of fence which is greater than 6’ tall due to the grading of the land.

In accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 40A, Sect. 10, a Public Hearing will be held on June 20, 2024 in Mendon Town Hall (20 Main St, Mendon, MA 01756) at 6:00pm for a variance regarding 7 Nipmuc Drive. The petitioner seeks relief from the front yard setback from 50’ to 4’ on the side of the property that abuts an undeveloped portion of Thornton Street.
