4:35 p.m. Roll Call to Executive Session pursuant to MGL Chapter 30A, section 21(a), exemption #3, to discuss strategy with respect to the successor agreement to the Teachers Collective Bargaining Agreement, because doing so in open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Committee and #2, to conduct collective bargaining sessions with the Mendon-Upton Teachers Association. (The subcommittee will not return to open session.)
