Barre Fit Classes

Barre is the hottest fitness trend.  This class uses isometric movements, core strengthening exercises and weight training to improve strength, flexibility and balance in the body.  The class uses ballet-inspired movements, however anyone can take the class, there is no dance experience required. 


Participants should bring light hand-held weights (2-5 lbs), a yoga mat or towel, non-slip socks or no tread sneakers and water.

Punch Cards are available in addition to full session passes.  

Classes are open to everyone including Non-Mendon residents.
